Easy experience I love that I bought my car from Heiser Toyota. Working with Al and the rest of the staff was a great experience. They were knowledgeable and patient I love that I bought my car from Heiser Toyota. Working with Al and the rest of the staff was a great experience. They were knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and provided a high level of customer service. They took the time to explain everything. "The Place" to buy your next Toyota I felt very welcome in the dealership and appreciated the very competitive pricing. I drove from ~100 miles away (and probably past 6 closer Toyota D I felt very welcome in the dealership and appreciated the very competitive pricing. Very good experience overall Everyone was professional and attentive through the purchase process. Only gripe was we had a long wait to get to paperwork but when I asked they add Everyone was professional and attentive through the purchase process. Only gripe was we had a long wait to get to paperwork but when I asked they addressed it and came to tell us why there was a delay and get us moving again. Zach was great about working with us online to show us options. Al was great showing us the vehicle. Will definitely go back in the future. More

Wonderufl Experience and Very Thorough I highly recommend Heiser Toyota. We are new to leasing and Al walked us through the process and made sure we had no questions by the end of it. They I highly recommend Heiser Toyota. We are new to leasing and Al walked us through the process and made sure we had no questions by the end of it. They worked with us to get it to a price that I was comfortable with. When we came to pick up the car, we were a little thrown off that they were going try and sell us more. I wish this would have been communicated earlier so I could have my night planned accordingly. It took an hour and a half to just pick up our car/sign the final paperwork. Lastly, when we were finally leaving, the brought us the final bill and explain that we would receive a survey. They precedent to explain how the survey works and the ratings they wanted...it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall - HIGHLY RECOMMEND AL!!! More
