I have been a long term customer for over 12 years and they have a Heiser toyota and my sales man, AL, always goes out of their way to accomodate me. I have been a long term customer for over 12 years and they have always worked with me. For example, they have worked to get me tier one credit status back when I had a medical issue with my medical bills holding me out of tier 1. I recommend them because they are reasonable and they will work with you to keep your loyalty. More

Took them 2 wks to install partially. The navigation did not show the current location, nor did it work fully. The review view camera equipment fell off in a week. Taking it in for service again resulted in them having the card for week again without any update on progress. Paying through the nose for the new card and the upgrades with 3rd rate service and execution. TOYOTO, you suck because of HEISER. More

I am fortunate to be a member of USAA (I am retired military), and was eligible for a special price for the RAV4 based on my affiliation with USAA's Car Buying Service in partnership with Heiser Toyota. Al was extremely professional, personable, and totally honored the USAA price quoted! On the day of delivery, he thoroughly explained all of the amenities of the vehicle to us, and presented the vehicle to us in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. Al treated us with consummate courtesy and respect! I had previously worked with Al back in 2012 when I purchased a new 2012 Toyota Highlander, (which I still own and love), and experienced the same level of superb courtesy and consideration! Really nice experience I had a specific car I saw online and I went to look at it. I liked the dealer and Al Hussein was my salesman. I was a little hesitant at first but I had a specific car I saw online and I went to look at it. I liked the dealer and Al Hussein was my salesman. I was a little hesitant at first but he turned out to be a really cool guy. Only thing I didn't like is that he showed up late to work but he called me as soon as he got in. He kept me up to date about my vehicle because I had service done on it. The dealer had a really nice lounge which I took advantage of. I bought a used vw gti. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. More

PROS: Friendly and helpful staff, Honest and up front about charges and fees, honest and did not oversell pricey addons and packages, smooth negotiation, interested in learning about the driver's needs and finds a car to match needs and preference, great to teach driver to get used to vehicle safety and car controls, car lot is organized so you can walk around to find the car you want and see all the colors and types there are, great customer lounge with snacks, soda, popcorn and coffee with couches to relax while waiting for sales or service CONS:sales person making multiple deals so we were always waiting for him to come back during negotiation, lack of communication between team members and lost an item I asked to be transferred to new vehicle (great effort of sales rep to find it, but it was to late), screaming receptionist when making overhead pages which became obnoxious after 2.5 hours of being there. More

Al Hussain is a great honest salesman. Working with Al & Bill was Great. They were very friendly and worked with us to give us a great price. Better than the trouble I had with another dealer Named Russ. & Bill was Great. They were very friendly and worked with us to give us a great price.
