Heiser worked with me Bought vehicle from Brian who gave me a great deal. Car was working until some issues showed after buying the vehicle. Brian helped address the issues to upper management, and Heiser was great in helping me get them all repaired. Thank you very much Heiser for understanding my concerns as a customer. My only downside to this was that after I had bought the vehicle and complained about the issues that needed to be fixed to Brian, it seemed like I wasn't acknowledged as well as I was when I first came in. I saw Brain walking and working about, but he never came by to say "Hi or How's things going?" I don't know if he saw me or if he was busy (and I'm not sure if I'm making excuses for him), but it did make me wonder like if he changed his tone about me because the car issues that happened and the work that needed to done or what. I TRULY appreciate Brian for what he did for me--gave me a great deal and helped with me on the issues of the car. But, when you don't acknowledge a customer that you helped sell a vehicle to and just stop for just for a moment and simply saying, "How's it going? You doing OK? Everything going well?" that just makes the customer wonder if everything is OK or even if he/she cares. This review is not to bash anyone in any way--just being honest on my review here. I'm sure Brian is a good guy, but a little thing like this could have made a better impact. I've gone back for service and Vincent helped me throughout the process of getting my vehicle repaired. Thanks again to Heiser for caring about my needs as a customer. More

I worked on some numbers on a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Toyota with Zach prior to coming in and once we were there Al took over and he was awesome to deal with. Our old cars are early model 00's so we were not used to all the bells and whistles of newer model vehicles. Without even being asked, Al took the time to explain all the features. He greatly shortened our learning curve and is simply a great guy! Highly recommend! More
