Very good experience overall Everyone was professional and attentive through the purchase process. Only gripe was we had a long wait to get to paperwork but when I asked they add Everyone was professional and attentive through the purchase process. Wonderufl Experience and Very Thorough I highly recommend Heiser Toyota. We are new to leasing and Al walked us through the process and made sure we had no questions by the end of it. They worked with us to get it to a price that I was comfortable with. When we came to pick up the car, we were a little thrown off that they were going try and sell us more. I wish this would have been communicated earlier so I could have my night planned accordingly. It took an hour and a half to just pick up our car/sign the final paperwork. Lastly, when we were finally leaving, the brought us the final bill and explain that we would receive a survey. They precedent to explain how the survey works and the ratings they wanted...it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall - HIGHLY RECOMMEND AL!!! More
