Buying a certified used Toyota Overall we had a good experience. I had emailed ahead of time with what I was looking for and the price I was looking to pay. There was no haggling back and forth. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5, was that we came back the next business day for my wife to drive, and purchase the car. Granted there was a chance we wouldn't purchase, but we'd have thought the car would have been prepped. So we needed to wait for that and then wait to meet with the financial person to sign all the paperwork. No issues with Al, he was great to work with. We were just not anticipating that it'd be a 4 hour appointment. More
