Just bought a car here, so do not have a lot of experience. But the sale rep I worked with was excellent, and the other employees at the dealership were friendly and helpful. I bought my car from Subaru of Wakefield/Al Mazin in November 2025 and have had a fantastic car buying and service experience. I came in recently will a small issue that wasn’t noted/present during the November 2025 and have had a fantastic car buying and service experience. I came in recently will a small issue that wasn’t noted/present during the post purchase inspection. Al and the team (Alex and Erica) made sure to fix the problem at no cost and make sure my vehicle was back on the road in no time! I will buy all of my Subarus from Al and Subaru of Wakefield!! More

We love the car we got, but we weren't happy with the dealership. The dealer we used seemed very slow and inefficient. It took much longer than we thought was necessary to do the paperwork once we agre dealership. The dealer we used seemed very slow and inefficient. It took much longer than we thought was necessary to do the paperwork once we agreed to the deal. Also when we came back to sign papers and pay for the car there was somebody who was very rude to us. We were there on the day after we got a few inches of snow. I wanted to park close to the door of the dealership and the parking attendant was extremely rude. They were moving the cars for snow removal, which I understood had to be done, but he should've been apologetic about our need to park a little further away rather than rude about it. He said "you try plowing the snow with all these cars." in an extremely hostile tone. More
