I am the driver… When I asked for some assistance on how to use all the new bells and whistles on my car. My salesman was a bit look at a loss. He did fine other members of Aldi that could answer the questions, and show me how to operate my car. My suggestion would be you have a designated person or persons that would handle the situation. Other car dealerships have members of the team that only sit with the new car owner and show them all the bells and whistles and how they work. That was my only disappointment. I was told there was a video and I couldn’t watch the video. I understand watching the video but I wanted a person to show me & Answer questions. Thank you Jennie Niccol More
