Ordered a bronco first edition back in July of 2020. My order was finally delivered to them in mid October, i was in contact with them all year at the store. Lied to Me over and over again saying the car didn’t land, so i run the Carfax and guess what they sold My order!! Biggest scam artist in the industry, when i called and explained how i caught them In a lie.. there response was too bad, your agreement was with ford not with us! Which isn’t true i have all confirmation with ford and the dealer including a deposit.. have you guys in this group ever done that! Bc i know we never would! Sell an order out from someone on a first edition model, our store was doing the reservations for the new wagoneer, if we sold out someone reservation we would Look our allocation to order more More

It was by far one of the smoothest and fastest car buying experience ever! Great used car experience Went in for a used Lincoln. Salesman saw me on time and car was ready to be seen. Reasonably priced to start but did negotiate the price a bit. Then to the finance person, which was a pleasant experience. Offered warranties and when I refused no forceful sales tactics, no push as I have experienced in the past. Have to respect that they have a job to do and that it is sales but they did it very professionally. Car had some noises that were promised to be fixed before pick up and they were. All together one of the most pleasant car purchase experience I’ve ever had. More
