After a month and a half of looking for a vehicle that could satisfy my needs and believe me!! tough task by all means, I kept looking for something similar to what I had owned, a combination of luxury an could satisfy my needs and believe me!! tough task by all means, I kept looking for something similar to what I had owned, a combination of luxury and a high performance V8 underneath the hood. I'm always at work and in my field the environment can turn stressful pretty much every day and any time lol so my daily commute has always been something I always cared for in order to enjoy and distract myself from it. After getting rid of my V8 I was driving a rental that happened to be an EV and I'm not going to lie, never pictured myself driving one before ( was not interested at all fast forward my wallet started to see greener grass and those $70-$80 gas bills started to disappear from my every other day expenses lol better days came quick. The boy started to like the EVs😁 Did my homework, started to do a bit more of research and so many plain and boring EVs that! ran into until I found the Cadillac Lyric, the vehicle started to check the boxes, Instantly thought about two of the best people I'm so lucky to be friends with, Justyna Wiech and Ray Rivera. Justyna is one of those product specialist that goes above and beyond, always created an environment where you just have no other choice but to be comfortable in. I had shared my needs with her and she put me in the right Lyric's trim immediately. Ray Rivera has been someone who I'd always say thank you to for my success in the work place. Had the opportunity to work together and he wasn't only a manager, he was also a family, therefore they both being my help and assistance at Ed Morse Cadillac made me feel in good hands. I have to thank Andre also for making the purchase possible, it was truly a pleasure to meet them and like I said felt in the right place the entire time. The Finance manager Al was awesome too, very helpful, stress free and friendly process 🙌🏻 More

I leased a 2025 Cadillac Optiq at Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa and had a very disappointing experience with the finance process. I was promised several incentives at the time of negotiation — including the Costco Executive rebate, Cadillac loyalty credit, the federal $7,500 EV lease incentive, and a loaner vehicle incentive. However, my contract only shows about $4,700 in reductions with no itemization of these rebates. When I asked for a full lease worksheet showing how the deal was structured, the dealership refused to provide it. I was also told that the $7,500 EV credit was “in the residual” rather than applied as a rebate, which contradicts how this incentive is normally handled in lease programs. The gross capitalized cost included negative equity from my prior Lyriq lease, but this amount was not clearly itemized, making the numbers impossible to verify. Additional fees ($999 dealer fee and $199.75 electronic filing fee) were added without clear explanation, and I was not given a signed copy of my contract despite requesting it multiple times. I was also brought in under the impression I could move into a newer, larger vehicle for $100 less per month, but instead ended up with a $1,143 payment. When I asked for clarification, the finance manager was dismissive and told me, “it’s obvious you are not happy with your deal and you are angry,” rather than providing transparency. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to carefully review every number, demand a full lease worksheet in writing before signing, and confirm that all rebates and incentives are applied properly.
