Deceptive crooks! The sticker price of the car was $9k. After $1k down with fees it was $11k. I was told they would email me all of the documents I signed electroni The sticker price of the car was $9k. After $1k down with fees it was $11k. I was told they would email me all of the documents I signed electronically, but never did. When I got my first bill from the finance company, it said the total purchase price is $15k?? The finance company said the dealership added another $4k in random fees AFTER I signed my paperwork. The dealership has not gotten back to me from calls, emails, and voicemails, so I am now going to have to go in person to the dealership to get answers. I plan to give them back the car or involve my lawyer if needed. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE! More

I I drove over an hour to get to this dealership after talking to them on the phone. I spoke to a sales person Aladdin Who gave me a price That I was looking for With no pressure. Told him I was going to test drive a Toyota and that I would get back to him that day. It snowed so I didn't contact him till the next day. When I spoke to the sales person I gave him a specific price that I was willing to pay.He called me back and told me that they would accommodate that price so at that point I went to the dealership And nothing in the price had changed. I have purchased all my vehicles from sports Chevrolet over the last 30 years.With the same sales person 6 vehicles to be exact, And they did not have this vehicle And I was skeptical to look somewhere else. I feel that I got the same level of professionalism without any pressure at all From the sales person or the finance person. I'm very happy with Bomnin Chevy And would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a car. I have been to 4 different dealerships in the past month and every time I showed up the prices never what they said. I hope somebody understand my situation and could help me. I'm so disappointed with the purchase of Tahoe at Bomin Chevrolet Manassas and I'd like to ask for help with these fraudulent contracts. My d me. I'm so disappointed with the purchase of Tahoe at Bomin Chevrolet Manassas and I'd like to ask for help with these fraudulent contracts. My dealer name is Mr Alladin Faruque. A few days after signing the contract, I printed the contracts in the USB device they gave me and then I found out that I paid an additional amount that I didn't recognize. So I immediately visited the dealership and said that I wanted to return my vehicle because it was a fraudulent contract to pay an additional fee without notifying the customer in advance. However, they said it was impossible because I had already signed the contract. I also tried to understand their arguments because I signed them myself. But when I signed the contract, I was only informed of the vehicle's taxes, interest rates, processing fees, and additional warranties, and I signed without any doubt because I trusted them. What is the difference from a scammer if he/she wrote the contract by inducing the customer not to recognize it while hiding the exact facts? In particular, the response of the Bomin Chevrolet dealers is making me so disappointed again again again. First, I visited again and asked them to meet manager, and I explained my situation, but he was not a manager. I had a conversation with real manager about this situation yesterday. Second, the dealer who sold me the car surrounded me with a different lie every time I asked. The dealer said he explained the additional amount to me, showed it on paper, and said I signed it myself on his desk, but I never did. So I asked for evidence, but he didn't show me anything. In addition, he told me he can show it to the security camera inside the dealership because it would have been recorded. So I asked to show me but he also failed to prove it. And I asked exactly how much he added, but he didn't remember exactly, and the amount he answered and the amount added to my contract did not match. Later, he told me to accept the additional fee because I sold my used car for a better price. Third, I asked why do you sell it differently from the website amount? Other dealerships showing that they are clearly explaining how much extra money customer should pay before visited. He said that Bomin Chevrolet dealership sells differently from the website price. Then I said it was a false or false advertisement that seduced customers, and he couldn't answer anymore. Reading this article, do you think I would have signed the contract recognizing that I had to pay an additional amount? I strongly ask Bomin Chevrolet to get my additional payment back or to compensate correspondingly. I hope you understand my situation and you could help me. if a customer has to pay an additional fee due to the recent market situation, they will have to guide the website as other dealerships do, or at least fill out the additional fee on Windows Sticker. That way, there should be no customers like me who suffer damage because they are not informed of accurate price information by dealers like me.
