First and foremost I thank Alan Cervantes for his professionalism, practivity, and his continuing help even after sale. I live in CT and made 2 trips to dealership with an HRV as my choice. I did professionalism, practivity, and his continuing help even after sale. I live in CT and made 2 trips to dealership with an HRV as my choice. I did explain to Alan how my garage is small...he managed to have and HRV and Fit waiting for me in parking lot. I realized the Fit was my fit and and would enter my garage with all the neccessary safety features I was looking for, even though I was trading in an old Fit and was looking for another model. One may say Alan did his sales job , which is true...but it's the approach and way one goes about it. Not agressive or assertive, but shines with knowledge and proactivity..I am happily retired, but if I weren',t I would hire Alan Cervantes without hesitation Kudos to Alan. Thank you again! More
