Although the room looked a bit dingy at first, every single person in the shop made us feel at ease and was very helpful. The transaction was accomplished in a very reasonable timeframe. The reason I traded in my 2016 Honda CRV is that the ignition switch failed and would not turn and start the car. The replacement part is back-ordered until some tentative date in September. The Service ignition switch failed and would not turn and start the car. The replacement part is back-ordered until some tentative date in September. The Service Department is not sure when.
