Alan Hoover did such a wonderful job informing me about all of the cool features that come with the car and when you own a Toyota. Once I ordered the vehicle Alan would take the time out of his day and give me updates as to when it was being built and when it would be delivered. Alan was always a phone call away when I had any questions, and he made sure to check up on me after I drove the vehicle home from Prescott to Flagstaff. My 2019 Tacoma left me stranded on the side of the road (due to fuel system failure for which there is a recall but no fix). After towing my pickup into the dealership (Findlay Toyota of Prescott), I aske (due to fuel system failure for which there is a recall but no fix). After towing my pickup into the dealership (Findlay Toyota of Prescott), I asked Alan Hoover ("Hoov", my Sales Rep) to work up some numbers on a 2020 Tacoma with trade in. He did and we were able to close a deal in record time (36 minutes and 39 seconds). I'm very happy with my 2020 Tacoma and thoroughly enjoyed dealing with "Hoov". More
