Love my new (used) 4Runner After 12 years with the "old" 4Runner we had the privilege of purchasing a 2016 4Runner that looks brand new. The service we received was excellent. Purchase of used 2017 Toyota Sequoia I had been looking for late model Toyota Sequoia for awhile now to replace my 2004 4Runner. Last week when I had taken my 4Runner in for service, a T I had been looking for late model Toyota Sequoia for awhile now to replace my 2004 4Runner. Last week when I had taken my 4Runner in for service, a Toyota Certified 2017 Sequoia was just coming onto the lot. Perfect timing for me and I had the pleasure of working with Alan "Hoov" Hoover to work out the deal on the Sequoia along with my 4Runner trade in. Alan was excellent to work with and made the whole purchase experience smooth as silk. Findlay Toyota has always taken good care of me when servicing my old 4Runner. I highly recommend them for your service or purchase needs. Now I plan to modify my Sequoia's suspension, tires, and rock protection and will use it to take me into the back country where I do landscape photography. I took him up on that before he could change his mind--HA. It gave me time to think and process exactly what I wanted. It was a good thing because I changed colors. Alan understands how our "small town" likes to feel. This is exactly how a dealership in our area needs to treat customers to be successful. I couldn't ask for more. Alan, Terrance, Pauley just to name a few, all laughed the entire time we were there. Everyone that we came in contact with was great!
