Not pressured to buy and very informative I had thought about trading my car in for some time but wasn't sure if it was the right time. After spending time with Alan I decided to go ahead and purchase a new car. He never pressured me to make a decision but spent time with me looking at cars and educating me as to different features to help me decide what was right for me. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the different models I looked at. I am very pleased with my selection and love my new car.
