Excellent first time car buying experience! I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Alan Hoover! My previous car had been a hand-me-down, so this was my first time purchasing a car, I had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Alan Hoover! My previous car had been a hand-me-down, so this was my first time purchasing a car, and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Alan was extremely friendly and helpful with finding the perfect hybrid car for me. He even drove over the different hybrid cars from across the lot so I could compare all the models side by side. He thoroughly explained the different features of each car and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. I felt like Alan had my back and best interest at heart and was definitely not trying to push me into buying anything. Once I found the perfect car, the purchasing experience went very smoothly. Alan spent extra time going over every single feature of the car with me to make sure I understood what every button did and understood every feature on the touchscreen display. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota to purchase your next car, but be sure to ask for Alan! More
