Born in Peoria IL and relocated to Cedar Rapids in 97’ with my wife Myrna, we started our family. Jasmine is now 26 and Jacob is 19 so you can imagine never a dull moment at our house. For pets, I have 2 aquatic turtles that beg for food whenever I am near the 55 gal tank that is stocked with several oversized Goldfish that now resemble Koi. My other pastime pleasure is cooking and thanks to my very thoughtful wife Myrna who bought me a smoker, I have acquired a love for smoked meats adding a layer to my waist line if you know what I mean. I have always been focused on taking care of customers and the last 19+ years I have spent in the car industry working on this 1 customer at a time. I take pride in having the privilege of running our internet team and being able to change the perception of how easy and hassle free a car buying experience can really be. A big THANK YOU to all my past customers and look forward to assisting all the future ones.

I didn't get a steal of a deal, but the deal I got was fair, and below market. Financing showed me optional add-ons and upgrades, but there was NO pressure to take any of them. This was the EASIEST trans fair, and below market. Financing showed me optional add-ons and upgrades, but there was NO pressure to take any of them. I must admit, as a divorced single mom, going to a car dealership and buying a car by myself was not something I was looking forward to! Alan changed my mind! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough i dealership and buying a car by myself was not something I was looking forward to! Alan changed my mind! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in showing me all the bells and whistles of the cars I looked at. I felt no pressure to buy and appreciated that he listened to what I was interested in. Curt in finance was equally helpful and knowledgeable. I truly felt like he was being honest with me about what I needed and what I didn’t as far as warranties and financing. The entire process took less than 2 hours and I was out the door with my beautiful new Highlander! Highly recommend Cedar Rapids Toyota and look forward to shopping here again! More

Everything went great bought the car here in Maryland and had it shipped not sure how it will be for state inspection but that is something no one can control. Alan was great no complaints he held the vehicl had it shipped not sure how it will be for state inspection but that is something no one can control. Alan was great no complaints he held the vehicle for me longer than any dealership should have so for that I’m grateful. Price was fine and buying process was quick and easy. Overall everything went over very well if your interested in a vehicle from this place you won’t be disappointed. More

We started looking for vans on one of the big car sites and we were sent in the direction of Cedar Rapids Toyota totally by chance - and I am SO glad it happened! Upon requesting more information about a specific van we were connected with Alan, from the Internet Sales Team. He was incredibly polite and professional upon initial contact and never turned into that icky car salesman trying to outwit you for a sale. He answered my many questions and even personally checked on something after our first test drive. He made sure all things were easy and straightforward.
