Awesome Service I found a 2017 Lexus RX 350 online. Sent an online inquiry around 9:30 am. Alan Makabi responded almost immediately. He took the time to take pictu I found a 2017 Lexus RX 350 online. Sent an online inquiry around 9:30 am. Alan Makabi responded almost immediately. He took the time to take pictures of vehicle outside and send to me. We drove up and arrived around 4:50 pm and test drove vehicle and purchased it. Wendy did our paperwork and we were on the road by 6:15 pm with our new suv. Alan was very nice, personable, knowledgable and not pushy at all. If all sales people were like him everyone would be buying cars like crazy! Wendy was awesome! Coolest desk ever. Like a smart board desk all the form were signed on a screen under the desktop. She was super down to earth like a cool family member. She had us on our way in no time flat. Love these 2 peeps! Beyond having detailed knowledge of all the vehicles that we looked at, Alan patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were the only customers in the dealership. He even went so far as to help me surprise my wife by helping me conceal that we were getting a higher end trim package (at my request). Overall, the entire experience felt transparent, convenient, and even fun! With three and half years of routine service appointments and two purchase experiences, we have yet to have a disappointing experience with CR Toyota. Thanks Alan! More

I was caught off guard when going to sign the title that the vehicle I thought I was purchasing was actually a different one from another store. I only noticed from the vin # being different, but was never told up until that point that this was a different vehicle than I had ordered. Obviously, it worked out and I was still happy with the 4Runner, but I feel I should have been informed of the switch. I still am not sure of the circumstance of why this happened as it was never explained. In the end, I got the 4Runner and had a relatively good experience with Toyoda. More
