Born in Peoria IL and relocated to Cedar Rapids in 97’ with my wife Myrna, we started our family. Jasmine is now 24 and Jacob is 16 so you can imagine never a dull moment at our house. For pets, I have 2 aquatic turtles that beg for food whenever I am near the 55 gal tank that is stocked with several oversized Goldfish that now resemble Koi. My other pastime pleasure is cooking and thanks to my very thoughtful wife Myrna who bought me a smoker, I have acquired a love for smoked meats adding a layer to my waist line if you know what I mean. I have always been focused on taking care of customers and the last 19+ years I have spent in the car industry working on this 1 customer at a time. I take pride in having the privilege of running our internet team and being able to change the perception of how easy and hassle free a car buying experience can really be. A big THANK YOU to all my past customers and look forward to assisting all the future ones.

Out of state to purchase truck - great customer service We came all the way from Saint Paul, Minnesota for this truck. I have to say it is fully loaded with start engine, navigation system, bluetooth, audio We came all the way from Saint Paul, Minnesota for this truck. I have to say it is fully loaded with start engine, navigation system, bluetooth, audio touch screen, long bed, bed mat, tube step, tow package and crawl control. I deposited some money to reserve the truck and was given about a week and a half to pick up the vehicle. The customer service was great during our out of state transaction and in person transaction... even though my wife had some very harsh stabby sacrasm they continued to give great service. It wasn't cheap, but well worth the money and travels. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, transaction and service. Just wish Allen could have given me a better set of tires for my travel home. However, he did give me 90 days trial of satellite radio. Thanks Cedar Rapids Toyota. More

Chiseled my way to a new vehicle!! Alan started my experience through email since my overnight schedule at the hospital makes it hard to communicate on normal business hours. He answered all my questions & included more details than I could think of to ask, even at 8pm when he was off the clock and at home!! When I finally arrived for my test drive, it was after one if the ice storms, so he was already working on defrosting the vehicle. He worked and worked at getting it so we could see out of the windows. Once he scraped the multiple inches if ice off, he took me on a fun test drive so I could actually test and see how well the 4Runner handled on ice covered roads. Clearly I was giddy with excitement as we headed back to the dealership. Next came for the trade in value if our Camaro. They "called in the big dogs", did some research online, triple checked under the hood before coming back with an amazing value for our trade in!! We were very pleased with how hard they worked on that portion and came back with such a flattering number. After that, Tiffany had us breeze through the financial paper work & offered us some great add-ons and she kept that monthly payment at a nice and comfy rate. By then, Alan had my new 4Runner totally de-iced, washed, filled with gas and ready to roll!! Not to mention he had my appointment all lined up (in three short days) to get my auto start installed. Love my new car & I can't wait to brag about it & my experience at Toyota Cedar Rapids!! Thanks again for everything! More
