We told them what we wanted for a trade on our 2014 and the additional items we wanted to add to the car and it was no problem. In fact, it was so easy, we drove our new car home that same day. We tried to work a deal with another Toyota dealer south of C.R. but they were not willing to give us what we wanted for a trade.Mike Leuenburger was instrumental in helping us get the best deal here. C.R. Toyota's new building is very clean and up to date and it was comfortable waiting to get all the paperwork done. And.... they have popcorn too. We are second time buyers from this dealer and are very happy we traded with them again. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that since we are second time buyers, we have had a relationship with this service dept. and they are the easiest to provide service without a lot of wait time and their mechanics do a great job with service. More
