So we decided to upgrade her 2004 Highlander to the new 2015 and bought her one also. Again, every one at CR Toyota is friendly and helpful. Alan also helped us to understand all the new electronics and made sure the phone and navigation was set up properly as it takes some good expertise to do so. My husband and I test drove vehicles on 2 separate days with Tim & Alan; we changed our mind on which car to purchase when Bill was basically finished with the paperwork, and even though it made more work for them they did it all very graciously and with a smile. Alan then sat in the car and did a full tutorial on every button, light, etc. as well as under the hood - he even helped us get started with setting up the phone system. We have never had a dealership give us the level of customer service that we experienced here and we will continue to tell all our friends! Thank you so much! More
