We started looking on the internet then contacted Alan who came in on his day off to show us the car. Curt and Alan were very accommodating to my needs and helping me deal with insurance company. It was a great experience as always. This was 5th car we have purchased over the years from Toyota and the salesman who sold us the first one continues to help us out even though he is no longer in sales. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! More

In for an oil change, out with a new car! I went in to have the oil changed on my 2006 RAV4, as always service was very quick and nothing was pushed on me. Steve noted a recall item I didn't know about yet and it was taken care of during the oil change. As I was leaving when the oil change was finished I noted a bright lime green vehicle in the lot. As green is my favorite color I had to take a second look. A sales associate came out to answer my questions and in the course of our conversation found out I have dealt with Alan Makabi in the past. He phoned Alan and he came out to help me. I ended up trading in my RAV4 for the beautiful lime green Corolla. The fact that your employees respect the customers is wonderful. The fact that they respect each other is over the top in this day and age. The first sales associate could have tried to sell me the Corolla but respected a coworker enough to call him over. What a great group of people. I have always had a wonderful experience at Cedar Rapids Toyota, keep it up, you have a satisfied customer for life! More
