Sienna family happy Alan searched from Franklin, TN to Florida to help us find our new family van with all the requested features in the right price range. The only thing he didn't get right was the color of the van, but now that I'm in the blizzard pearl van I love it. Alan doesn't paint the Vans he just finds the right van for you! When I thought about where I wanted to purchase a high-quality used car, I immediately thought that Toyota of Cool Springs would be the place for me to go. I thought this because of my previous outstanding experience when I purchased a new 2018 Camry with the help of Alan Richardson. I had a fantastic experience with that new car purchase and my expectations were met with this used car purchase. Everyone at Toyota of Cool Springs treated me with respect and made me feel like I was their only customer.
