Interaction from Sales Manager was a little disappointing when it came down to the numbers and negotiation. Terms like "relevant value" vs. "true value" of our trade-in were misleading and led to us taking a step back to be cautious rather than trusting. In the end, we are happy with the purchase, but we appreciate transparency and honesty from the start. More
