I had an amazing experience 1st time buying experience at Toyota of Cool Springs. From the moment I called at 7:30am, Alan Richardson made me feel extremely comfortable without knowing him! His voice over th Toyota of Cool Springs. From the moment I called at 7:30am, Alan Richardson made me feel extremely comfortable without knowing him! His voice over the phone let me know that he was ready to work for me! The whole sale process was a breeze! My daughter was ecstatic about her car and I felt like a winner out of pocket! The whole team was nice and accommodating however Superman saved my day! Thank you Toyota of Cool Springs and Al Superman Richardson for an amazing sales experience that I do not regret! More

I will never buy a car from ANYONE else again. I was sold a lemon 2 months ago and when the original salesman did NOTHING to help me, Al came through like a real superhero!!!
