He was courteous, respectful and always conducted himself as the consummate Professional. He never pressured myself or my Wife who was present, but listened to what I was looking for, and was attentive enough to call me as soon as he found my truck. I am extremely pleased with buying a Certified 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 and Alan made all the difference in the world between buying from him and another Dealership I have been a prior 6 year customer of. I am switching Dealerships now not just because of the vehicle, which I LOVE, but because Mr. Richardson was that influential and likable throughout the process.
