My Salesperson, Mr. Alan "Superman" Richardson made my buying experience @ Cool Springs Toyota so extremely good, I'm considering him my new 'Bud'. He never pressured myself or my Wife who was present, but listened to what I was looking for, and was attentive enough to call me as soon as he found my truck. I am extremely pleased with buying a Certified 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 and Alan made all the difference in the world between buying from him and another Dealership I have been a prior 6 year customer of. I am switching Dealerships now not just because of the vehicle, which I LOVE, but because Mr. Richardson was that influential and likable throughout the process. I had an amazing experience 1st time buying experience at Toyota of Cool Springs. From the moment I called at 7:30am, Alan Richardson made me feel extremely comfortable without knowing him! His voice over th Toyota of Cool Springs. From the moment I called at 7:30am, Alan Richardson made me feel extremely comfortable without knowing him! His voice over the phone let me know that he was ready to work for me! The whole sale process was a breeze! My daughter was ecstatic about her car and I felt like a winner out of pocket!
