However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. An expensive item of mines got missing while my car was in service. A technician manager drove my car to check a squeaky noise my car had, while on the test drive he flew over a speed bump, and scrapped the front bumper lip. They then repaired only 50% of it. I had to protest a second time to get it repaired 100%. I had previously brought the car in to fix a panel under the car that was scrapping the street. I don't tend to give this type of feedback or any feedback at all, but, I just had to this time. More
