We purchased a truck from Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls on May 14, 2026 after working with Marcos, the online salesperson. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. * May 17: The check engine light came on—just three days after purchasing the truck. * May 18: We called the dealership to report the issue. * We didn’t receive a response until May 25, when we were told Service Manager Paul would be contacted. * June 11: We finally brought the truck in. It was there all day, but because the code had cleared, no repair was made. * June 12: The check engine light came back on immediately the next day. * We called again and were told Albert in sales would call us back. We never received a meaningful resolution. Then, on July 2, instead of addressing the ongoing issue or communicating with us, we were simply emailed “as-is” paperwork with no explanation or conversation. After weeks of trying to get help with a problem that started just days after purchase, it felt like the dealership was washing its hands of the situation rather than standing behind the vehicle they sold us. We understand that used vehicles can have issues, and we weren’t expecting perfection. What we did expect was timely communication and an honest effort to resolve a problem that appeared almost immediately after the sale. Instead, we experienced long delays, poor follow-up, and ultimately felt dismissed. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls. More
