I walked in stating that I owe the staff an apology because the day before while confirming this appointment I expressed that I believed I was being overcharged for work I did not understand so I neede because the day before while confirming this appointment I expressed that I believed I was being overcharged for work I did not understand so I needed to set another appointment next month to fit everything into my budget. I purchased a lifetime warranty. The representative in charge stated he would take another look, he did and the work that needed doing cost much less than originally scheduled. Service was rendered in a few hours. Service that I understood and could afford. Thank you! More
