I first visited Bell in June of 2012 when I met Albert Nikansa and test drove a new 3.0T A6. Put off by a bit of sticker shock and unavailability of Quattro on the 2012 2.0T version, we delayed our search Nikansa and test drove a new 3.0T A6. Put off by a bit of sticker shock and unavailability of Quattro on the 2012 2.0T version, we delayed our search until June of 2013 when Audi had end of year inventory of the new 2.0T A6 with Quattro. So pleased with his knowledge of the car and genuine friendly approach, we phoned Albert for another test drive at that point. I was pleased with the performance, quality and economy of the 2013 A6 and Albert continued to be a pleasure to work with. With this in mind and once he verified that Bell would not lose the deal to price, it was a matter of having my wife test drive the car and going from there. Needless to say, she loved the 2.0T A6-Q and was as impressed as I with Albert. We debated colors and interiors with Albert's help and had him locate an exact vehicle from a nearby local dealer that matched our choices. He was able to do so and we went for a final test drive of a similar car while still finalizing color. At the end of the ride, we locked in on the color combo and equipment and I made Albert an offer that was aggressive but fair for the new, located vehicle. I asked him to sleep on it over the weekend. On Monday he conveniently accepted the offer, via email, as I requested and we finalized the deal with delivery in one week. Albert personally drove our car from the located dealer to Bell, confirming everything was perfect with our new A6. He went over the systems A-Z with us. The business deal was completed by one of his colleagues without a hitch, even though we through a curve ball of last minute partial financing 4 hours prior to delivery. Overall....the Bell staff is friendly and courteous. The facility is top notch and big…lots of inventory and resources…but the real attraction was the perfectly appointed A6 (without having to factory order one!) at a compelling price and having Albert navigate the entire process as smoothly as one could imagine. We worked via phone, email and text. No pressure, no fuss or hassle. An enjoyable experience, as it should be. Thank you, Albert. You earned our business. Well done. More

My Experience at the Bell Audi dealership on Route 1 in Edison was quite impressive! We were greeted by the friendly front desk person who immediately offered her assistance to guide/ help us with our needs. I wanted to look at my options for potentially trading in my old Saturn for a Audi Q5. We were immediately introduced to Albert Nkansa, who then led me through the process which resulted in me closing the deal on the vehicle. Albert is exceptional at what he does, it was quite obvious from the beginning that he knows the product very well and did a great job with educating us on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. What stood out most in my mind was his patience and honesty throughout the entire process, from the road test to closing the deal with Shree Jasty. He made us feel as if we were the only clients at that time. At no point during our interaction did we feel rushed or being compelled to close any deals. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Albert's in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm about the Audi brand make it a truly enjoyable sales experience. Albert went above and beyond to re-assure my wife that the Q7 would be a great car for her by organizing a test drive with the whole family (including transferring two car seats from the old car so the two kids could also join the fun). This was the final push needed to seal the deal. Albert has a great personality which contributed significantly towards the enjoyable sales experience. I enjoy the discussions with both Albert and Jonathan on the current and future Audi products and the competition, for me this contributes towards having the full experience. The message being available whenever, was also delivered on by Albert whenever I had questions. A great touch from Albert was sending pictures of the car when it arrived at the dealer, all wrapped up and later when the wrapping was removed. Just an extra service which helped extending the excitement of taking delivery of a brand new car. At the delivery Albert took all the time needed to explain the functionalities of the car to my wife and even tough me a thing or two which were applicable to my A6. In short, great experience, would definitely go back for future cars and looking forward working together with Jonathan from a service perspective. Well done Bell Audi! I was compelled to write this review of my sales person Albert Nkansa because of the level of professionalism I have received. I have leased numerous cars from Luxury brands like Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity Albert Nkansa because of the level of professionalism I have received. I have leased numerous cars from Luxury brands like Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and have never experienced this level of professionalism and attentiveness to every detail of getting my new Audi A6. The deal was not that simple as I needed Bell Audi to pay off my existing lease of the Acura MDX and get the best possible deal on the new Audi. I also was very particular about the color and the equipment on the new car. Albert Nkansa went out of his way to make sure that all of my requirements were met. Because of my busy schedule, I also have requested that a car had to be delivered on a certain day and at a certain time. Bell Audi did not have the car that I wanted, so they were able to locate a car at another dealership and Albert went there and drove the car back to Bell Audi and made sure that it was ready for the pickup upon my arrival. Albert also gave me a very comprehensive review of the car's features. I am thrilled with my overall experience with Albert Nkansa and will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. Now I want to give a special comment to the sales manager Vinny Korha, Vinny together will Albert were able to do their magic to pull me from my Acura lease and put me in the new A6. I can't really say enough about Albert. My personal situation was challenging so it took two visits before I could drive home with my new car. Bell Audi + Albert made the Volvo dealership I went to look like a homemade haircut. I was so new with the Audi brand, I didn't even know how the ignition key worked. Albert didn't shun me for that or for any other question I had. He took the time to hook up my iPhone4 to the car & establish the Bluetooth connection. I felt compelled to call him the next day just to let him know how much I appreciated his service. My experience at Bell Audi was unlike any other dealer (of any brand). I feel lucky that I found my car at Bell. I highly doubt that there's another Audi Dealership with an "Albert" in t he try-state area. I will be reccomending Albert to my friends who need a vehicle - new or used. More

I was very impressed with my first experience with Audi, especially my sales advisor Albert Nkansa. You never know who you will be paired with when you walk in the door, and I'm lucky to say I got the "righ especially my sales advisor Albert Nkansa. Just professional and courteous service from beginning to end. As a former driver of Mercedes and BMW, I must admit that my A4 has to be my favorite car to date. ( ok, maybe it was my Datsun 260Z !! ) I can only hope that any future dealings with Audi will be as pleasant as the first!! More
