My visit to the Bell Audi Dealership of Edison New Jersey was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend my salesman Albert NKansa. This being the first Audi dealership I have ever entered I was surpris was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend my salesman Albert NKansa. This being the first Audi dealership I have ever entered I was surprised how friendly and professional the staff was. I was interested in leasing the Q7 and was looking at the model on the sales floor. Albert Nkansa offered to take me for a test drive and within 5 minutes we were on the road. He was very confident in his vehicle and extremely knowledgeable about all its functions. After taking the test drive I knew I had to have this suv. We proceeded with the finance aspect of the lease and he understood and worked with me to get me to the payment I was comfortable with. Unlike most dealers that we have dealt with in this process, he focused most of his questions towards my wife (since the car was for her). Most car dealers focus on the guy regardless of who the car is for. That was a big differentiator for us! He did not try to oversell or add options that we were not looking for. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. In the end, not only did we buy a new Q5 for my wife, I leased an A4 for myself. I have been back to the dealership a few times for different reasons and Albert is always helping people. I recomend asking for him by name and you will not be disappointed. More

Albert was friendly, knowledgeable and no-nonsense; all qualities that my my gi purchased a new S4 from him last year and had a terrific experience. We discussed both certified pre-owned and a new 2014 A4, and from the initial meeting through the closing it seemed like Albert was there to help us find what we wanted (as opposed to "selling" us a car). We initially did not expect to purchase a new car, but got great deal and even better customer service. We're very happy with the new car and will absolutely come back to see Albert if we decide to get another Audi in the future. More
