I've been a loyal customer of Norm Reeves Cerritos for almost 9 years, during which I have leased 4 different vehicles and had them serviced at the dealership. However, my recent experience has left me ex almost 9 years, during which I have leased 4 different vehicles and had them serviced at the dealership. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. During my last visit, I went in to get my vehicle serviced and to convert my lease to a purchase. I had been working with Albert, who had been aware of my intention to convert my lease to a purchase as soon as my credit score improved. When the time finally came, Albert presented me with two options: to buy a new car or to purchase my current leased vehicle. After much consideration, I decided to go with the used car option. However, things took a turn when the manager informed me that the rates I was given were for a 2022 model, and that to get a better rate for the used car, my wife would need to co-sign. This was frustrating, especially since they had already conducted credit checks and included an extended warranty in the agreement without my consent. Moving on to the finance department, I was made to wait for an extended period only to be informed that I might need my wife to co-sign for a better rate. This made me question their integrity. The finance representative then tried to convince me to purchase an expensive warranty package to secure a better rate, which only added to my frustration. Despite all this, I reluctantly agreed to the warranty, but when it came time to finalize the paperwork, I was told that there was a chance my wife would need to co-sign, and that I would have to wait for 3 days to know if I was approved for the specific rate. This waiting period and lack of transparency further eroded my trust in the dealership. After this disappointing experience, I sought the opinion of another Honda dealership, where I was told that Norm Reeves had mishandled the situation. This further validated my frustration. I experienced a lack of transparency, unnecessary credit inquiries, and pressure to purchase additional products. This entire experience has tarnished my long-standing relationship with the dealership. More

Albert Rosales, what a phenomenal salesperson! We had asked 3 different salespeople about a black Honda Civic EX 2022. We got different answers from each person: salesperson 1 - what you see th We had asked 3 different salespeople about a black Honda Civic EX 2022. We got different answers from each person: salesperson 1 - what you see there is what we have on the lot for Civic 2022s, salesperson 2 - looking at a list, hmmm....we don't have one, salesperson 3 - you saw it online? were there any pictures of the car? it said coming soon right? that means the car is still in service. The service people don't work today and tomorrow so, the earliest the car will be available is on Tuesday. So, we were on our way back to our car to go to a different dealership when we encountered Albert. He asked if he could help us find anything and I gave it one last shot and inquired about a black Honda Civic EX 2022. He looked it up really quick on his phone app and said Yes! They have one on the lot! That was the first time any of the salespeople we talked to had affirmed that Norm Reeves had one. He immediately went to grab the key fob but couldn't locate the car on the lot. He was determined to find the car for us and finally located the car at the back of the lot. We test drove it really quick, had a look at the condition of the car and was happy with it. Told Albert we want the car and he started everything rolling right away. Albert was quick and efficient. His determination and drive to procure for the customers what they wanted is exceptional! His professional service is very much admired by me. I'm very happy that I encountered Albert that day. He's the type of salesperson that I want to work with and work for me. I had a magnificent experience with Albert and highly, highly recommend his services if anybody is looking for a car(s) at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. More
