Although the price I received was good, the salesperson was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The three hour time it took was ridiculous. IMHO. I drove 2 and 1 /2 hours to get this car, I knew which car was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The three hour time it took was ridiculous. IMHO. I drove 2 and 1 /2 hours to get this car, I knew which car I wanted I test drove it, and then there was waiting period for the dealership to get the paperwork done. No financing involved, due to back up ?!! of how many people were buying. Three hours really??? More

My experience with Manly was great. I feel they did the best they could to manage the obstacles that came up in the sales process. I was really satisfied with the customer service. Working with A.J. was really a great experience. He did not try to pressure me as did occur at another dealership. He just listened to what I wanted in my Honda CRV and made it happen.
