I had to update my review. We purchased a MDX, Love the car but am upset about the dealership. We put down a refundable deposit to hold the car before we bought it. We are 12 days later and the money has not been refunded. We have left a message with the GM and no response. We were told to just dispute the charges. WHY would a company not take care of the customers once the car was purchased, we want our deposit back, and are at a loss for the lack of customer service. Sad that the is could’ve been so easily rectified but was not. More
