I had my car stolen and my only option was to have it towed to Executive Nissan. Setting aside why it costs $160 to program a stupid key fob I aske
I had my car stolen and my only option was to have it towed to Executive Nissan. Setting aside why it costs $160 to program a stupid key fob I asked them for the courtesy of paying wholesale and they said NO. I wrote to the service department and I was ignored.
My normal dealership would charge maybe 20-25% less than these thieves. But they wanted their 500. And among they way they made a day that was horrible even worse.

One thing that really made me angry about this was how Alberto handled this. Not only was he unwilling to budge an inch regarding my cost - not only was he unsympathetic to the fact my car was stolen was the fact that he was casual if not dismissive of how much it would cost for a replacement key fob. “Oh, it will be $250 for the key fob.” Then when I absorb that “Oh and another 160 to program it and you’re looking at $470.” 500 with tax. And no discount and no break. The more I think about it the angrier I get. And “programming” is a ten minute job at most with hardly any effort.
I’ve written several times and have received no response. We’ve got your money; leave us alone. Maybe posting this publicly will get this the attention it needs. And show people how heartless this dealership is. B
