While in the market for a new car, I researched the area Maserati dealerships and Criswell had a great inventory and their online sales were enticing. The experience provided by Alberto was exceptional as was that of Omar, the GM and Robert (sales manager I believe). They truly made me feel welcome and never made me feel like I was being sold to. They listened to my "likes" and gave me options. Imagine that, a salesman that actually listened!! I had to leave early on my initial visit but before I left I changed my mind from a car on the lot to one in the showroom I had fallen in love with. When returning the next day, it was outside, fully detailed and even had my home address programmed into the GPS ready for me to drive it away. Needless to say I did and will do so again at my next decision point. They are phenomenal and I highly recommend them. Oh yea, Alberto came in on a Friday to meet me the first time and it was his day off !! Wow !!!!! More
