When I went to the dealership the next day I was very pleased with the attention I received from Alberto during the entire process. I've bought numerous cars over the years but never worked with anyone who provided such detailed and professional assistance without being overbearing. He is a pleasure to work with. I was also fortunate to have had the chance to talk with Omar while I was there and was very impressed with his demeanor, professionalism and the rapport established with him. I definitely felt like I was establishing a new relationship rather than just buying a car. After the purchase, on my way home, I encountered a problem that was not due the to the vehicle or the dealership in any way. When I called Omar to ask him advice on getting it corrected, he insisted on my bringing the car back to him to have the issue corrected. He went far above anything I could have expected! I been trying to get all the documents that they asked for, but things just couldn’t go as good as I thought it would be. Alberto is my salesman, he was nice and helpful at first, but when things got a little complicated with the paper works, he turned out and give me a very rude text saying “i need to do what I supposed to do, if you want my help” (which he talking about the paper works, but i couldnt have it right away, I have to email my claim adjuster to get it, and they didn’t) Can you believe that? he’s a saleman talking to a customer trying to get a car after Harvey’s flood. How rude is that? He didn’t even apologize for what he said, and I just have to defend myself, there were many more rude texts after that saying im draging my feet, I did try my best to provide them what ever they need and this is how they responds. I wish I talked to someone else and get things done if not they could have earning a better review. At the end, I have to turned down the vehicle. If you ever consider buying a vehicle here, work with someone else beside Alberto Zamorano. More

Great sales experience, DISAPPOINTING Follow-up Service I purchased a car from this dealership in February of 2017, and had zero complaints regarding the actual buying experience. Alberto and his team were I purchased a car from this dealership in February of 2017, and had zero complaints regarding the actual buying experience. Alberto and his team were attentive, professional and responsive throughout the process. However, my experience soured significantly when I attempted to re-connect with a potential missing component of the car, as well as to inquire about the dealership's ability to provide servicing for my vehicle. Five separate attempts to establish communication with Alberto, spread over one month, resulted in ZERO responses. Ultimately, I had to resort to establishing contact with the General Manager to have my questions responded to. To help clarify my rating, my complaint lies not with their inability to support my initial inquiries, but rather the fact that I was completely ignored for over a month. Overall, it left me with the feeling that my only value to the dealership was the check I wrote for the car, vice establishing a lasting relationship. I certainly hope my experiences, and unfortunate disappointment, will prevent something like this from happening in the future. More
