Great job Royal Moore Toyota! This was our second vehicle purchase from Royal Moore. Our 4Runner is doing great and the new Tacoma is looking good. This trip started with Mr. Flores making time on his day off to come into work to do paperwork. This was after a weekend of him ‘playing it by ear’ to work around my schedule. Once I reached the dealership I had very little downtime. I literally drank a bottle of water and in that time the paperwork was almost entirely done. For those who are new to Royal Moore from my experiences you can expect a high level of professionalism that has a level of urgency that just seems to match your own. During my first purchase from Royal Moore I had the entire day to browse so the pace was very relaxed and comfortable. However, with this last purchase I was on a strict time table to finish between meetings. Royal Moore’s staff matched that pace and again it was just comfortable. This is what a trip to the dealership should feel like. I am certain that you will be pleased with Royal Moore.
