Watch out for all the extras in the final price of your
vehicle. We told the finance that the only extra we wanted was GAO but he tried to put in $7000 worth of extras that we told him we didn't want. We

My wife expressed repeatedly to the sales associate that her bumper needed to be repaired and was even told that it had been clipped in. She reached out to the director’s department was later advised by the sales associate that they would just discount the price of another vehicle we were attempting to purchase instead of repairing the bumper as promised. It’s not right that she has to drive a vehicle with damage that was agreed to be repaired and now make monthly payments on that vehicle.

Now this is after the fact because I am, at almost 75, naive enough to believe most people will shoot straight with you. Boy was I ever wrong! After everything was said and done the price of the truck had grown to over 42,000. I know it was pretty stupid of me not to check the contract before I left the dealership or even signed but again, I want to believe people tell the truth. I don't believe for a second this will make the "what others say" column but, even though I am happy with the truck, I hate being lied to. Grand Prairie Ford will never see me again! I rated one star because there is nothing lower!
