I had a great experience buying my 2021 Audi Q8. Super easy! It was definitely worth my time to cross the border and do business in Iowa! Sales person (Rob) was great and followed up with us even though no cars available, he ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and helped make a deal quickly. Overall I feel Audi (dealer and as a c though no cars available, he ended up finding exactly what we were looking for and helped make a deal quickly. Overall I feel Audi (dealer and as a company) don't really make a connection to their owners/lessors, but I love the cars/design/engineering so keep coming back (3rd car now). Also, a bit annoyed when I frequently get mailed "offers", reply, and then they act like they never heard of us when I mention the offer. The Service department (based on prior car) is very efficient and helpful, worth going out of our way to get serviced at the dealer. We did think it was odd that most employees were not wearing masks except for our sales guy and most of the other customers. More

They did make me a fair deal, but otherwise not an awesome experience. I made deal over internet and made an appointment to pick up the car and finalize everything. They were not ready for me. The car was not cleaned up so I had to wait on that (and even after they did their clean up, it was mediocre and I had to redo it). The cross rails for luggage rack were just thrown in the back rather than installed (or at least asking me if I wanted them installed).They were missing an ignition key, which the did not discover until I was about to leave, so they have to order and I have to go back. Even though they said it would be 2-3 days, its a week later and I have heard nothing. My guess is they have it and actually forgot to call me. Finally, no masks and no social distancing. The finance guy kept trying to shake my hand... They did retrieve sunglasses I left in my trade in (I hope--they said they did), but overall, if buying a $50k+ car, you expect more. More

I leased a new 2021 Audi SQ5. Anando, the salesman, was easy to work with and answered all my questions pertaining to this vehicle.
