Audi Des Moines sold me a car with 93k miles and the engine light went on on my way home from purchasing it. I brought it back in and they said I would have to pay $600 for repair. After a couple minute engine light went on on my way home from purchasing it. I brought it back in and they said I would have to pay $600 for repair. After a couple minutes of argument, they tried bribing me into leaving a 5 star review in exchange for them fixing it for free. They "fixed" my car and the engine light went back on 2 days later and needed a new timing chain for $3,000; which they obviously knew when they sold it to me. The salesman AJ was extremely demeaning and asked me if my dad was going to be paying for my car on the way out in a snarky way. This was an awful experience and the timing chain situation has happened to many others in the reviews as well. More

We purchased our vehicle thru Driveway. com but the sales manager spent an hour explaining features, cleaning and filling the gas tank to be sure we were ready to purchase it. They located the vehicle I wanted at another Audi dealership. They low balled my trades and made up several excuses for the values that made zero sense (ie: “we contacted local dealerships and this i dealership. They low balled my trades and made up several excuses for the values that made zero sense (ie: “we contacted local dealerships and this is what they will give us for your 2023 Camaro and 2021 Escalade.”) I found the vehicle myself and the dealership offered me $19k more for my trades and $16k off the vehicle! These people are crooks! Take your money to virtually any other Audi dealership. More
