Wellesley Toyota has been a wonderful experience. Both Alens Constant and David VanAllens have been trustworthy, down to earth and provided stellar service! I was in the market for a new Rav4 Hybrid Both Alens Constant and David VanAllens have been trustworthy, down to earth and provided stellar service! I was in the market for a new Rav4 Hybrid and because of shortage supply and demand, I was able to place a hold on a vehicle at market rate where other dealerships would tag on an additional +$4000 on top of manufacturer's price due to supply and demand. Alens told me right off the bat that Wellesley Toyota does not do that. At first I communicated with Alens via phone, but coming into the dealership in person, I was able to meet and share stories with Alens while I was waiting for my turn to sign papers. It was nice we have a lot in common with family and life's situations. David, the sales manager was also very pleasant, also sharing stories about his family and life experiences while crunching in the numbers. He was very thorough in explaining the various warranties available in which I took advantage of because yes, I've had tons of issues with tire problems living in New England! Both Alens and David are genuinely nice people and they seem to have a lot invested in their roles due to their long tenures working at Wellesley Toyota. Mr Ko, if you are reading this, give those two $1M raises in their next paycheck. More
