Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. One issue- the car arrived extremely late and they ended up loaning me a small, old corolla, which was difficult to deal with. They should have given me a more suitable and more recent car. It was a dud given that I was buying a new car and the arrival date kept changing. More

Dave in Finance was a hoot too, we ended up in long off topic conversation about history. Didn't really deal with anyone else, but those 2 were straight shooters and friendly and professional. I'm at the dealership now getting the inspection sticker for my truck and it's been great the few days I've had it. More

It was actually pleasant. Everyone I dealt with was personable, accommodating, and thoroughly professional. When I hit an unexpected delay with the 401(k) withdrawal that was going to pay for the car, they offered to hold it for me. And to my amazement they didn't request a cashier's check.
