We were greeted by Alessio right away and he listened to our wishes and concerns. He wasted no time and showed us two vehicles right away. We ended up purchasing an Atlas due to his amazing customer service! I can't say enough how listening to your customer makes all the difference! I know that all dealerships have their agenda. I know they have to make money, but I didn't walk away feeling like I got any kind break or discount at all. With that being said, if I decide to pur I know they have to make money, but I didn't walk away feeling like I got any kind break or discount at all. With that being said, if I decide to purchase this vehicle after lease term, I will be paying over $5k more than sticker price. They didn't give me a fair trade in value either. The finance manager also tried to raise my monthly payment by $10.00. I get it, we all need to make money to survive, but there should be a balance. Have some consideration for your customers. In regards to the Service department, I think that they do a good job on repairs and maintenance, but I am quite certain that they recommend services and parts that are not needed on a regular basis. You cannot take advantage of people in such hard times. Lastly, they can improve on delivery of customers new purchase. The vehicle should be clean and waxed up upon customers arrival. First thing I had to do when I got the car home is wash and wax it. In the end, my wife and I really like the vehicle and hope it's going to be a good reliable car. Let's see what happens at end of lease. I DO think that this is a good dealership, I just think that they can improve on what I stated above. I must not forget to include my salesman Alessio. I want to credit him on all his efforts in trying to work out the best deal for me. He worked on it all week. I feel like he is a good, honest salesman. He has the best interest in mind for the customer and dealership. So, kudos to ALESSIO. Thank you. More

I called ahead to look at the exact vehicle I wanted and previously test drove. Alessio was waiting for me in front of the dealership upon arrival. I arrived later in the afternoon and had to come back the next day to finalize financial details. We shared that we both had children and I recently had a newborn. When I returned the next day he handed my wife and I newborn accessories - which is above and beyond the service we expected. And for that we will absolutely be back! Can’t thank him and the dealership enough. We love our new car and they made the car buying process a breeze. More
