Trevor took his time to explain all the pros and cons for this used car. He worked hard to make sure that the deal was something that would work for our budget. Despite the fact that we were there for a very long time, he took his time, and was very charming and entertaining during the long purchase process. I was never pressured, and I did not have to deal with the back-and-forth hard core pricing negotiation with his manager.
