Less (Alessio) made the car buying process extremely smooth. I was a first time car buyer and while I know about cars, I had no experience with the how they are sold. Less was able to walk me through different financing options, pros and cons of finance vs lease, and different things to keep in mind. He's a family man, business owner, and car expert. He didn't pressure me into anything and wanted to ensure I was comfortable before signing any paperwork. Can't recommend this guy enough if you are ever in the market for a VW. His knowledge about the car was astounding and knew things that unfortunately many other salespeople wouldn't. 100/10. More

I arrived at Lokey VW full of dread, but my opinion quickly changed. I don't like dealing with car salesman and I don't like dealerships. I didn't anticipate leaving with a new car, but he made the process painless, stress free and easy. I originally had scheduled a test drive of the Tiguan. It felt too big after owning various Mazda's for the past 15 years. Now I'm the owner of new Taos. Alessio didn't pressure me into something I didn't need. He was patient and worked with me on finding what worked with my families needs. He knew all the answers to my questions. I never felt pressured in any department of Lokey. The financial department was also a breeze. I appreciated everything being explained by friendly employees that didn't treat me like a number. Everyone at this dealership deserves gold stars. They were all friendly and I didn't leave feeling like a picky dumb blonde. I left feeling like I made a great choice and don't miss my Mazda at all. More

Alessio (Les) was truly amazing and made our entire car buying journey a pleasure. He did not pressure or rush is, he wasn’t fake and trying just to sell us. He was just down to Earth, friendly, trustworthy, very knowledgeable answering all of the questions we had, accommodating to our schedule, respectful of our time and so kind to our two children, making sure they felt part of the whole process and fun as well!
