Thankful to be treated respectfully and not pressured. Justen Lambert was very quick to respond to my online request for more information on the van we were interested in. That is the extent we worked with him, but no complaints. We drove over 1.5 hours to check out a van we saw online. When we made our appointment, Alex was very friendly on the phone, and just as personable when we met him. He did not talk condescendingly towards me and he respected me without trying to push my boundaries or trying to convince me to spend more money than I wanted to spend. He was kind to my 4 year old over the 5 hours we spent at the dealership test driving, negotiating, and deciding that day. I felt confident in buying a vehicle from Alex and he went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of. Thanks! Karen was kind and patient, and very personable. She helped explain things very clearly! And I wish I could remember the lady at the front welcome desk because she was there at the end of the day. I went out expecting to find someone that would be pushy, and trying to pressu I purchased my first new car yesterday and my experience was fantastic. I went out expecting to find someone that would be pushy, and trying to pressure me into buying the most expensive car on the lot. Well I couldn't be more wrong. I worked with Alex Abeyta and he was fantastic! He listened to me about what I wanted, answered the many questions I had, and made me feel really good about the choice that I made. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. He did a great job explaining the many gadgets that come with these newer cars. And even saved me some time by setting them for me. I would say to anyone looking to get a car at Wilde to look him up. You won't be sorry that you did. Very highly recommended. More
