I have known Alex for about 3 years - my wife leased two CR-Vs from him during this time. Recently I thought about trading in my car, so I visited Alex to look a options. He was really helpful and we ta CR-Vs from him during this time. Recently I thought about trading in my car, so I visited Alex to look a options. He was really helpful and we talked about what might be available. He located one of the vehicles we discussed (it was at another dealer) and I took to for a test drive and was impressed. His knowledge of the technical aspects and drivability was very impressive, Throughout all my interactions with Alex, he was responsive and very customer focused. He works hard and you never feel like he is trying to sell you something. It's more like a partnership where both people want to make an informed decision. Eventually I decided not to do anything at this time and told Alex my decision, He could not have been more professional and I will buy or lease a car from him in the future. I would never think of buying from anyone else. He is the reason I go to Colonial! He is a great resource for all your needs. More
