Service Alex was great, getting me checked in for my service appointment. He kept me informed of the work that needed to be done. The only down side was tha Alex was great, getting me checked in for my service appointment. He kept me informed of the work that needed to be done. Great service. Even dropped me off for shopping! Service was great. Got me in for an appointment quickly. Didn’t have a vehicle to borrow but were able to pick me up and drop me off for shopping. Poor communication I had a vehicle in for service on a Friday and parts needed to be ordered, which meant keeping my vehicle there until the following Monday which was u I had a vehicle in for service on a Friday and parts needed to be ordered, which meant keeping my vehicle there until the following Monday which was understandable. Heard nothing from the service associate appointed to me (Alex) by 4pm Monday, made a couple calls before somebody getting ahold of him to tell me the part was defective and that my car would not be ready until the following day. The next day I waited to contact Acura until 3pm again since I heard nothing from Alex, and again took me a couple times of calling to get an answer, yet never hearing from Alex. Yes my vehicle was repaired and this could’ve been worse but I just wanted to comment on the poor communication from Alex, people do like to be updated as they depend highly on their vehicle. Everyone else I dealt with at Bloomington Acura was great. More
