I expect to have my questions answered with courtesy and willingness to clarify doubts, not a check on the box and “be gone” sort of conversation. Also, when I go for oil change, the fast track normally takes 45 minutes; I forgot to ask so on my way like 30 minutes to get there, I called and asked them to do it ... I wasn’t expecting to wait another 70 minutes at the dealer for that. Not to mention I have Acura protection and don’t pay for oil changes and I mentioned that to the tech when I got there; guess what, at the cashier they had to take another 5 minutes to redo the bill because they charged me. So service is great but experience not. More

Good but not great Brought my 2015 Acura TLX in to the shop for a routine oil change, tire rotation and warranty work on my idle assist. My car was killing At stoplights when I would take my foot off of the brake. Very scary and dangerous. The tech was aware of that issue & replaces the battery under warranty. When I went to pay the charged me for my oil change & I have the lifecycle oil change so I should not have had to pay for that. (They did correct that) When I got home I noticed they did not reset my oil change sensor so I had to call and have them help me reset it? More

Overall positive. Service agent helpful kept us informed Clean service area. Arranged a loaner when we needed to wait for a part. A cap broke in the process of checking fluids. Poor service . Did not timely return calls or keep updated on status of repairs. Took over two weeks to fix. Used all of my gas to diagnose and returned car to me . Never called me back when I called advisor to complain. Car still making one of two sounds that reported as reason for bringing in. Not fixed. More

Waste of my time! I brought in my brand new 2019 RDX for a repair on the moonroof/sunshade that had not worked since the vehicle was delivered a week earlier. I had al I brought in my brand new 2019 RDX for a repair on the moonroof/sunshade that had not worked since the vehicle was delivered a week earlier. I had also complained of a popping/crackling noise under the driver’s seat as if the flooring wasn’t properly adhered and a rattling noise in the back. The moonroof was an easy repair and just needed to be reset per the Acura Service Bulletin. The rattling in the back is subjective but, of course, they could not replicate it. However, the issue with the driver’s side is not subjective and the noise is easily heard by pushing down on the flooring. Nothing was done to repair this item and both service agents were very dismissive in my concern and in the end result. I was told that is simply the design of the vehicle. Why would Acura go to great lengths to make an all new redesigned RDX and have their customers listen and feel this annoyance? They wouldn’t and I have yet to find anyone on the Acura RDX owner forums that are experiencing this same thing. More

Noisy A/C system This was my 3rd visit for same problem. Still not fixed. I expected better from a OEM service department. I'm pretty patient and know things are not p This was my 3rd visit for same problem. Still not fixed. I expected better from a OEM service department. I'm pretty patient and know things are not perfect in life. But all they had to do was start the car with the A/C running to see if the noise was still there. I had Service writer listen to the noise when I dropped it off to make sure he heard what I heard. Which he did. I'm $400.00 out and still having the same issue More
