Kept in contact with us throughout the whole process of us looking for a new vehicle. We could contact him at anytime and expect a timely response from him, on or off the clock. We came here on 2 different occasions because we were so pleased with Alex’s customer service and the overall friendly environment and excellent service provided to us. We did end up buying a car from a different dealership but only because unfortunately they didn’t have what we were looking for in their inventory at the time. We would have loved to have done business here but unfortunately the timing didn’t line up. But will definitely come back here if we are ever in the market for a new vehicle in the future. Thank you to Alex and his manager Jason for the excellent service they provided to us in our stressful search for a new vehicle! They made everything so easy! The staff there are very warm, pleasant,friendly and ready to help. I can't count how many times Angie would go out of her ways to make sure i get satisfied. She operates like a "mother" with a touch of professionalism - lol. They (the team at the service center) work seamlessly to deliver an awesome result. The one and only time i tried sales was through Eric who thought i could get a change of car through a good bargain. He introduced me to Alex. But I was asked to bring an "arm and leg" even after i made a deposit and was going to trade-in my car. I got frustrated and walked out of the transaction. Alex tried his best but it wasn't his call or place to make the decision. It was a management thing...i guess. Kudos to the service center team! More
